Disliked: This is something they need to make VERY clear on their site as well as partner sites- double beds are NOT queen beds, and they are MUCH smaller. This needs to be called out, not just listed as a "double bed room," as that is a tad misleading.

“It’s not just a stay, it’s an experience!”
1 Hotel West Hollywood was, without question, the best hotel from our entire American trip. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt personal, calming, and genuinely special. A huge thank you to Starr, who was absolutely exceptional. She made sure I got the exact room I wanted, and the view of the hills from Sunset Boulevard was everything I imagined when dreaming about staying in Los Angeles. It felt iconic, peaceful, and cinematic all at once. What truly stood out was how seen and cared for we felt during our stay. We had wine, a jug of infused water, and a beautiful fruit platter delivered to our room just because — such thoughtful touches that made the experience feel luxurious in the most genuine way. The hotel itself is breathtaking. The architecture, natural light, greenery, and beautifully designed eating spaces create an atmosphere that instantly makes you feel calm the moment you walk in. Every detail feels intentional and elevated without ever feeling pretentious. We loved the alo moves classes as well as the Audi. We absolutely loved our room and the peaceful energy throughout the hotel. Even the treats available to purchase in the room were thoughtful, curated, and unique — everything about this hotel feels carefully considered. This is not just a hotel stay, it’s an experience. We genuinely did not want to leave and cannot wait to come back.
