- Prior Refusals: The applicant must disclose any previous visa denials, deportations, overstays, or criminal background disclosures where requested by destination immigration questionnaires.

Consular turnaround times provided by Gateera are historical estimates provided for general planning purposes:
- Processing times can fluctuate dramatically due to embassy workload, seasonal peak travel periods, background security clearances, or unexpected consular holidays.
- Booking Advisory: Gateera strongly advises travelers NOT to purchase non-refundable flight tickets or prepaid hotel stays until their official visa or travel authorization has been granted and physically verified.
5. Fees, Submissions & Cancellations
- Consular & Government Fees: Mandatory fees levied by immigration departments and consular embassies are non-refundable once an application is lodged into the official government processing system.
- Gateera Service Fees: Fees for document checking, translation, and application formatting are earned once our visa specialists examine and process your application dossier.
- Cancellation before document processing begins is eligible for a full refund as outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
