“A good place to stay”
The place is convenient for travelers with early flight schedule since it is located near a train line that goes directly to Taoyuan Airport. However, one drawback is that the location is farther from major tourist spots, requiring additional walks and train transfers to reach your destination. The area is also primarily residential, so nightlife options are limited. On the other hand, if you prefer a quiet community in the evenings, this makes it an ideal choice. As for the hotel, their staff are very helpful, and the property offers complimentary breakfast. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with a bathtub and free shampoo and conditioner provided. Overall, it is a highly recommendable place to stay.

“Very good”
We stayed for a total of 7 days. We inquired if we can leave our luggages at the hotel, they said yes but it is just stacked among the other luggages there without claiming stubs so we stayed. The front desk is able to communicate in english. Payment was seamless and easy. The hotel floor sometimes smells like cigarettes (but I think that is some of the guests' fault). Our bed was spacious for 2 people. However, my partner had multiple bite marks on his legs after sleeping there. Breakfast is authentically Taiwanese with good flavors. They refill with different dishes when food runs out. Unlimited refills for drinks and tea. Open 24/7. Easily accessible by bus, 15 minute walk to the nearest train station. Their location is on the other side of the bridge away from the hustle and bustle of the common tourists spots and areas.

“Acceptable”
I arrived at the hotel exhausted after a long trip, only to discover that my room wasn’t ready despite checking in well after the advertised check-in time. When I finally received my key, the room was dirty. The bedsheets had stains, there were crumbs on the floor, and the bathroom still had someone else’s toiletries scattered around. The air conditioner barely worked, and the room smelled damp. I called the front desk several times, but nobody answered. When someone finally picked up, they told me they were too busy and would “send someone later.” Nobody ever came. That night, the hotel was extremely noisy. Guests were shouting in the hallway, doors were constantly slamming, and loud music continued until early morning. I barely got any sleep. The next morning, the shower had no hot water. Breakfast was cold and poorly prepared, and several items on the buffet were already empty. When I checked out, I was surprised to find additional charges on my bill that I didn’t recognize. The staff couldn’t clearly explain them and seemed annoyed when I questioned the charges. Overall, the entire stay was frustrating from beginning to end. The room was uncomfortable, the service was poor, the hotel was noisy, and my concerns were never properly addressed. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I would not recommend staying there.

“Acceptable”
The room is not that clean, bath tub seems unsafe for showers because it was so slippery. There is no safety measures for the clients. This hotel offers free drinks and daily breakfast for the travellers. This is the most I like that.

The hotel staff provided excellent customer service. They were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to assist, which made our stay more pleasant. However, the rooms are quite dated and would benefit from repainting and some renovation. The air conditioning also wasn’t cooling the room very well. The room appeared somewhat dusty and could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The biggest issue was the strong cigarette smell in the hallway, which unfortunately made its way into our room. This was quite uncomfortable, especially for guests who are sensitive to cigarette smoke. Overall, while the hotel has room for improvement when it comes to room maintenance, cleanliness, and air quality, I really appreciate the excellent service and kindness of the staff.

“Budget friendly hotel”
The location is near the Ximending area, though you need to take a 14-minute bus ride to get there. The room initially had a faint cigarette smell, but it cleared up after a couple of hours. It’s spacious, but keep in mind there is no bidet. They also offer free breakfast. Overall, it’s a good stay, especially if you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel.
