“Exceptional”
Liked: the friendliest, most helpful staff. rooms (and the hotel grounds in general) are much prettier in-person. turn down service with the bedtime stories was such a cute touch! also our butler Toto had the best recommendations and secured restaurant reservations for us even if we requested them at the very last minute. loved every moment of our stay:)
Disliked: spa treatments were super expensive and not worth the money unfortunately:(

“Excellent”
We checked in a little earlier than expected, and the staff were very accommodating. At first, the room we booked felt a bit small for three people, so we decided to upgrade to a larger room. The upgraded room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. The location is excellent and very convenient, and the service from the staff was outstanding. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back again! 😊

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The entire staff was so accommodating and really enhanced our whole experience”
Liked: The grounds were beautiful, the room was spacious and clean and very comfortable. And the staff was exceptional!
Disliked: There was plenty of hanging space but There could be more drawers or dresser for keeping clothes.

“An urban oasis with beds from heaven”
Liked: The property is an oasis of calm and serenity, everything is “just so”, tasteful and easy. The bedding - OH - you sleep on heaven (I sleep on Hastens and Pratesi at home, I know a good bed).
Disliked: The location. The property is situated in a location which rather far from both the Old Town (backpackers heaven) and the fashionable Western part of Chiang Mai.

“A wonderful period escape in the heart of the city,”
Liked: A beautiful period property in a fantastic central location. Very much an oasis in the city. Staff weee incredibly helpful and attentive.
Disliked: The pool is lovely but due to central location has no view and is often in the shade.

“Best hotel in Thailand!”
Liked: We stayed in some nice properties during our trip to Thailand including The Siam in Bangkok and can say this was our favorite hotel. Authentic, great food, chilled, close enough to the center, amazing staff and luxurious amenities. Can’t way to go back!
