• All children are welcome.
• Extra beds are dependent on the room you choose. Please check the individual room capacity for more details.

• 1) Registration and Communication - Guests must contact the host once booking is confirmed or at least one day before arrival to complete registration and to receive check-in instructions. - Customer service is only available from 10:00 AM to 11:30 PM. Any registration outside of the working hour will not be attended. After 11.30pm, all unregistered booking will consider no-show, and strictly no refund and no cancellation. - Please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance via the Special Request Box or direct message. - Guest must show a valid ID/passport and credit card (Visa/Master) upon check-in. - Early check-in and late check-out are chargeable and subject to availability at the time of arrival and cannot be confirm in advance. - Late arrivals after 10:00 PM must follow special check-in instructions, provided after registration.
• 2) Security Deposit - A refundable deposit of MYR 300 is required upon check-in. Acceptable form includes bank transfer (Malaysian only), cash or credit card (Malaysian and Non- Malaysian) - Security deposit will be fully refunded after checkout via the original method of payment, provided all the keys and access card are returned, no damages to the property, no items are missing, no smoking in the room, no violations of our house rules, and etc.
• 3) House Rules and Guest Responsibility - All guest room are strictly no smoking, no Durian and mangosteens are allow in the apartment. Penalty of MYR 300 will be charged to the guest violates the policy. - Dispose of rubbish properly – all rubbish must be disposed at the designated garbage room, penalty applies for improper disposal in common areas. - No pets allowed - Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM - Guests are responsible for their own belongings. The property is not liable for any lost or missing items.
• 4) Parking - One complimentary parking lot is provided per room per booking only. - Guests must use the access card provided during check-in to enter and exit the parking for free.
• 5) Cleaning fee included in the booking is for off house cleaning and laundry service after check out. Additional cleaning service can be arranged upon guest's request and with additional charges.
• When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
• Sauna use requires advance booking at the Management Office or Security Post. All photos shown in each room type are for reference purpose only
• Please note that the swimming pool will be closed from 21 October to 13 November. The steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi will be closed from 21 October until further notice.
