“Good”

I stayed for three days. It was very convenient being close to the station. I really appreciated that we were able to stay as a family of four, since it's hard to find rooms that accommodate four adults. However, it was disappointing that dust was noticeable. Also, even though we stayed two nights, there were only four bottled waters... I would have appreciated it if they could have replenished them.

“Best hotel for my Japan trip 2026”

Great, Welcoming, Friendly and Helpful staffs! No communicating problems as all the staff had fluent English skills, advance and stylish hotel. Will definitely my first choice if i come back to Kyoto in the future! It will be perfect if have washing machine and dryer within the building.

“Great location”

Only 5 mins from kyoto station so travelling anywhere was easy. Also Aeon Mall was only 3mins walk and has an amazing supermarket and food court perfect for young families.

Had a great time at 22 Pieces. Location close to Kyoto station Staff were friendly and helpful. Basically all were good. Room is spacious clean. Every things are superb for us. Will come back for sure when visit Kyoto!!
