25hours Hotel Jakarta The Oddbird

I love this hotel; from interior design to facilities, food and staff. Everything is great!

I booked this for my sister. It turned out there was a leftover deposit she forgot to collect. I was told a cash deposit must be returned in cash. After I complained they said it could be transferred; they sent me documents and I signed them, but it was still wrong — my sister needed to sign. She signed, and they said it would be processed in 14 working days. After the 14 working days passed I complained again and was told it was still being checked. Then they said there was another revision and that the signature didn't match, even though my sister had signed. What do they mean by that? This is the customer's money but they won't return it and keep dragging it out... Very disappointing that a hotel of this caliber refuses to refund the deposit.

Liked: Everthing, the decor especially

Disliked: All was good

Excellent hotel more importantly excellent staff, love the style and design vibrant and colorful, excellent location, used room service better food than most of its competitors at 3am in the morning. Might be the best hotel i stayed in jakarta ofcourse for me, highly recommended

Liked: Amazing all around

Stayed in the Extra Large Urban room, the design was refreshing and fun. the room was great, had an excellent view and a very large bathtub. The staff services were top notch and the 24hr room service was a welcomed bonus. The food was fantastic, and reasonably priced as well. Would definitely come back for another stay!
