“So wonderful to be in Verona”

Liked: First, Arianna is a gem. She was so helpful and accommodating, answering questions and making our stay comfortable. The apartment is in a perfect location, just near the Castelvecchia on the edge of the centro storico. It was very clean and comfortable.

Disliked: Nothing

“Not totally impressed”

Liked: The location was very good.

Disliked: Workers starting work at dawn below us. No hot water in the morning, commodes were not flushing properly for awhile in the morning. The toilet paper in both bathrooms were let at much less than 1.2 full with no additional tools in case you ran out. Hand soap dispenser in bedroom starched bath was empty. No hand soap in 2nd bathroom. The apartment claims a washer dryer all in one cycle. Yes it does but it does not dry the clothes. They come out still wet not dripping but not wearable unless dryed a lot further. Loved the garage parking but at the price should have been included.
