“I liked only the location, not the stuff, neither their attitudeso I won’t recommend it”

Liked: It was located in a nice and clean area, close to the center and close to the central train station

Disliked: I didn’t like the stuff as they were pretty stiff: when I first book the property for 2 nights, I asked if its possible to change it to 3 nights, the lady with whom i talked to was very passive in everything and even if i’ve informed her that only the host can change the reservation as per my new request, she was keep telling me to ask booking to do that several times, as she didn’t even read my messages! Only After i booked other property and let her know this, she reacted and wrote that she can change it but not through booking.. when we got there and also when we left, the lady from the reception wasn’t there and we had to wait for more than 15 min each time, as no phone number at the reception and neither the host answered the phone! The property has some furniture damaged and we had to make and send photos to them (as they say they didn’t know and neither wanted to come to see it) to be sure that they won’t charge us additionally I didn’t like the smell of the towels, they were grey not white..
