“Worst place I've ever been.”

Called the number as directed. The guy showed up much, much later. Waited atleast 45 minutes. Even had to call back several times. First call was at 11h17 got the key and code at 12h04. See pictures. He gave us one of the older rooms in section 588 room 515. The toilet is so close to the wall you need to spread your legs to sit. The room was extremely cold and the patching on the wall was not finished. The shower is so small and just had a curtain. I told him this isn't at all what I expected. I even showed him what was advertised. He refused to give us one of the renovated rooms. Also no parking. He claims there's only 4 and they were already taken. That's also misadvertised. You must lose a lot of customers and get bad reviews due to the misleading information. So so disappointed. One more thing. He dropped a key to which we found for room 615 that I went to check. He was there in a nice heated room. I told him I found his key and left it on his table. Just ridiculous. All of it. I will definitely follow-up. I took pictures to upload for reviews but they won't upload here.

“Terrible, not as advertised”

Very disappointing stay. The hotel looked much better in the photos than in reality. The room was far smaller than advertised, the building felt old and cramped, there was no elevator, and we noticed mold and cleanliness issues in the room. We left less than two hours after arriving and requested a refund for the unused nights. Since then, the hotel has been unhelpful and has not responded to us.

“Disappointing”

Liked: Location, close to downtown and a subway station.

Disliked: Your room is NOT reserved unless you pay in advance through Booking.com. I booked a room at this hotel 2–3 months in advance and chose the option to pay upon arrival. However when I checked in I was told that my room was no longer available. They gave me a different, smaller room for the same price and in a different building.
