Thank you for the service and facility.

Thank you for the staff and facility.

The hostel is clean, tidy and conveniently located. Unfortunately, I had an uncomfortable experience with a daytime staff member. Just a few minutes after checking me in, the same staff member approached me twice in the kitchen to ask whether I was staying at the hostel. This happened even though I had already shown my room key and booking confirmation during the first interaction. I found the repeated questioning unnecessary and frustrating. However, the night receptionist was absolutely excellent. He was friendly, professional, welcoming and attentive. He recognised me immediately without asking unnecessary questions, which made a very positive impression. Overall, the hostel offers good facilities and a great location, but the daytime staff could improve their communication and customer service.

The reception was always friendly and managed the rooms while patrolling every day. Since not everyone sleeps and wakes up at the same time, it was uncomfortable at first, but what can you do? It's not a single room. I'm finding a job and moving to another neighborhood, but it's the best value for money. If you're sensitive to nighttime noise, book accommodation far from the tram line and on the outskirts. The sound of the tram's brakes and drunken troublemakers yelling is overwhelming. Considering the attitude of the staff, the location of the building, and its convenience, it's really great.

The all stuff was great. Breakfast was simple like breads and cereal. It was okay but the tables were sometimes so messy because of some guests didn’t clean up by themselves. One day night, we could only use cold shower, until next night was fixed. Maybe, there was a heavy rain day after it, hit water was stopping.

Liked: Great location, good prices and clean.

I had an amazing stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived and the atmosphere made it so easy to meet other travellers. Everything was exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable and the facilities were great. Excellent location close to everything you need especially the Central station and tram stop is just outside. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vibe!

Liked: I like the additional lamp next to the bed and separate place for phone charger

Disliked: That I have to carry my room card everywhere with me, bathroom were not in great condition, not very clean kitchen and baggage area
