“Excellent”
Liked: Wonderful Stay & Excellent Hospitality! We had a really good stay here. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel’s location was excellent — many tourist attractions and places of interest were all within walking distance, making it very convenient for us to explore the area. A special thank you to Mr. KC, who was such a kind and lovely person. He went the extra mile by sending us a night snack along with a sincere, handwritten good-night note for both nights of our stay. Such a thoughtful and personal touch really made us feel welcomed and appreciated. ❤️ We would also like to thank Ms. Aitee for her kind assistance in helping us search for an available room at one of their other hotels. Her willingness to help was truly appreciated. The breakfast was also very good, with fine servings and delicious food. Overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay, made even better by the warm and genuine hospitality of the staff.
Disliked: The only small area for improvement would be the restaurant/lobby area, which felt a little too dark. A little brighter lighting would make the space feel even more welcoming and comfortable. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Highly recommended, and we would definitely be happy to stay here again! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

“Excellence from check-in to check-out”
88 Armenian was easily the best stay for our trip in Malaysia. First off, the team were all very friendly, gave great recommendations and their attention to detail from previous conversations was what really stood out to us. Everything about this hotel felt luxurious from the huge and plush bed to the spacious bathroom and many amenities. There's so many details like daily snacks and tea, free restocked mini bar, music playing when you enter the room and my favourite touch was a card with tomorrow's weather and a little message from reception. The location is great, very central to a lot of the attractions in Georgetown. The rooms are impressive and if we were to visit Penang, we would stay here again!

“Incredible experience all round”
Liked: Everything about this stay was perfect. Luxurious rooms - the bath butler service was a lovely surprise! The entire team were lovely, gave great recommendations on things to do and where to eat. Breakfast was next level - the only down side was there wasn't room for lunch!

Liked: Charming luxury boutique hotel in UNESCO World Heritage area Excellent staff, friendly helpful and professional. Excellent food - breakfast is exquisite. A very cool place to stay and explore the historic city

“Super Hotel”
Location, cleanliness, support staff,.. super........However, self check in was a bit complicated, hotel WIFI was not working initially (even with the support of a staff) but was eventually solved by using another network ID.
