A & Em Saigon Hotel

Liked: Great location. Good breakfast. Staff helpful

Disliked: The rooms are old, the hotel is very old

They are very welcoming. Thank you sir Hai for helping us with the luggages. We are so blessed

I am very pleased with my 4 night stay here. Staff were freindly, the room was big and clean and even got an upgrade for free. The breakfast had a wide choice of options and the free High Tea and coconuts were a really nice treat. The gym is also well equipped, better than many hotels i've stayed in, in HCMC. I will return here for my next stay.

If it’s a great location you want this is the place you want to stay at. Literally 500m if that from the markets. Within walking distance to both walking streets. Casual walk to the river. If you want clean and tidy it is also right up there. However, there are some things that are a bit tired and need seeing to. Now for the negative. Breakfast was so so. Not great but ok. Fresh fruit was the go to if you are a westerner. You can’t go wrong. There are some nice asean breakfast dishes, but while I eat local in the country I am in, I like western comfort food for breakfast. I’m not saying they didn’t have bacon and eggs and omelettes.. I’m just saying it wasn’t up there with the best I’ve had. Beds. The 12 year old daughter and I got a twin room. Whilst the beds were big singles. More like doubles, they were as hard as a slate of concrete. If you have a sore back it’s probably great. But very hard on the back. That being said walk out the front of the hotel and you are ambushed by 10 different massage places. Would I stay here again… probably not. Why? The only reason would be the bed.

We experienced an exceptional visit during our stay. The establishment's location proved ideal for exploring local attractions, and the hospitality team created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel comfortable. Although the corridors leading to the rooms are somewhat confined, the guest rooms themselves were immaculate, generously proportioned, and equipped with all necessary facilities. We enthusiastically endorse this property to prospective guests.

We got upgraded. Staff was all very nice. Room is clean and luxurious. Greet breakfast.

The establishment is very good and the staff is amazing and very very helpful.
