“Above wonderful”

The room was clean, the staff were friendly and attentive. There’s no on-site car parking; you have to leave cars at an off-site lot for 70k VND, but there is staff to help.

“A25 Hotel”

This is a new hotel and all facilities are new and very clean. It's right in the centre of Halong City where you have a lot of eateries around. The staff were also very helpful. They helpede book transport to Hanoi and also tours in Halong Bay. I'll definitely recommend A25. Thanks.

“Exceptional”

Exceptionally meticulous. First time I've seen every instruction clearly posted at each spot. The facilities include everything you could need, and the shampoo-conditioner-body wash are top quality. Cheap price and they even include a delicious buffet breakfast. Especially notable: the staff are very well trained and professional, serving you right from the gate.

“The service hotel and location are both okay! I will recommend it and come back because it's just the right price for the family!”

The hotel is in a very convenient location on Thanh Niên & Hạ Long streets. It's very close to Bãi Cháy Beach and Sun Port. Good for families at this price, with full amenities. The pool is clean and safe for children, and you can see the sea from it. Staff are friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel’s birthday treatment for our child was delightful!

“Exceptional”

The hotel is clean and the staff are enthusiastic. It's about 2 km from the beach. You need to take an electric cart or taxi to get to the beach. But there are plenty of busy eateries nearby. Cross the street and you'll find Sunworld.

“Giá cả đắt đỏ, nhưng nhìn chung trải nghiệm cũng được”

Liked: Địa điểm thuận lợi, gần trung tâm

Disliked: Phòng hơi nhỏ, lễ tân nắm thông tin về các dịch vụ ăn chơi ở Hạ Long hơi ít

“Exceptional”

I found the room clean, the breakfast buffet OK, and the pool, though small, suitable for kids to swim in. However, there was no on-site parking. The driver had to take the vehicle to another location to be parked by the security staff, and a fee was charged.
