Liked: The attached parking deck

Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom door was like a swinging shower door so it didn't have a lock and lacked privacy.

“Exceptional”

Liked: Location was good, ease of check-in was good. The desk staff were friendly. The room was clean and as expected. I would return if I have an occasion to stay in downtown Chicago again.

Disliked: There are some fairly significant street noise, but that’s not the hotel’s fault—goes with the territory
