Liked: L'architecture

Nous devions y rester que deux nuits et nous avons prolongé le séjour tant on aimait l’endroit. Tout aimé. Le restaurant, la terasse. Le droit d’apporter son chien, le parc et le food market tout à côté. Un super quartier près de tout.

Liked: good breakfast top location

Retro vibe. Well-appointed. Staff personable & professional. Great location.

The hotel is in a very nice location, with plenty of restaurants and bars in close proximity. It has a roof top bar, serving great cocktails, and a nice cafe on the ground floor. The staff at the reception and in the bar and the cafe were really nice. What we did not like: housekeeping did not show up for three days in a row, not even to pick up the garbage, which I did not expect in a hotel where we paid ***. And when checking out we were informed that there is a resort tax of 25 CAD per night, which no one told us about till then, not Agoda and not the reception staff when checking in. They were nice and they waved it for us eventually, but I still feel that we should have found out about this tax before the moment when the taxi was waiting for us in front of the hotel.

Disliked: Floor 13 was very noisy being below the roof top bar and there were a lot of strange noises during the rain storm
