Adagio Access Paris Nanterre La Defense

Liked: Breakfast was good, the room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful

Disliked: There was a bad smell at the reception all the way to the elevator and it was worse inside the elevator. We were also surprised that room service had to be paid separately.

Liked: Recently renovated. Quite clean but with some stains on the carpet.

Disliked: There is only one iron located in the laundry for the whole hotel. I think it is a must have feature in every room for an apart hotel.

Liked: Hospitality of staff, they were very supportive when we arrived. The room is also clean and convenient for us. This made the hotel a part of our next hotel for staying each time we are visiting France. In addition, the bed was also very comfortable.

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: New and still clean, quiet area Good staff

Disliked: Breakfast items should be more taking care The staff of the kitchen are very good and nice and professionals.

Liked: really close to the station in nanterre-ville. pretty quiet at night, but close to the cars on the road. incredibly friendly staff, would come back just to hug them.

Liked: Clean and welcoming. Easy access to location and room. Very comfortable beds. Great selection for breakfast. Helpful and kind staff. Great location with easy access to public transport

Liked: Nice sized room, clean and comfortable.

Disliked: My first exchange at reception was extremely rude... I arrived one hour before check-in and all the person could think was that I was asking for an early check-in... not forgetting the first one who could not seem to want to even listen to me and told her colleague - 'je veux que t'en occupes' as if I am a thing. Maybe just politeness and talk to each other so your client is not just dismissed

Liked: Service, cleanliness and location

Disliked: The beds are too small for normal adults
