“Great but not if travelling with refrigerated medications”

Studio aparment booked as had refrigerator and medications needed this. Got to room to find fridge turned off. Questioned staff - for green accreditation this was required. No transparency on website re this, or I would not have booked. Staff did offer to store to fridge cool but not ideal. Otherwise room ok (except hole in wall, coffee machine but no pods supplied and AC a bit lack lustre). Excellent location, comfy bed, good blockout blinds, and quiet at back of building room.
