“Schönes zentral und doch ruhig gelegenes Stadthotel”
Nähe Großneumarkt in der Neustart, Michel, Landungsbrücken, Rathaus, Bahnhöfe gut erreichbar Große gut ausgestattete, saubere Appartements. Allerdings bei uns nur Badewanne mit sehr hohem Einstieg! Teppichboden und einige Tauben auf dem Balkon Tag / Nacht bei offenem Fenster störend Schwimmbad schön, umkleide sehr frisch, Frühstück mittelmäßig, Auswahl ist OK, aber Präsentation verbesserungswürdig Ingesamt trotzdem empfehlenswert, wir kommen wieder Preis- Leistung könnte besser sein

“Spacious and Comfortable Room, but Housekeeping Needs Improvement”
The room was very nice, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with everything I needed during my stay. The hotel location is very good, although I would not describe it as excellent. The hotel also has nice facilities, including a swimming pool and a gym. Unfortunately, on my third day I could not use the swimming pool because of maintenance. I also found it disappointing that both the pool and the gym close at 10:00 PM. I would have preferred longer opening hours, especially for the gym, as many hotels offer much later or even 24-hour access. The main issue for me, however, was the housekeeping policy. During my three-night stay, my room was not cleaned. I personally find three days without room cleaning too long, and this was the most disappointing part of my stay. On a positive note, Ann and her colleague at reception were very polite, friendly, and helpful, and I really appreciated their assistance. I have previously stayed at Adina hotels in Düsseldorf and Cologne, and personally I found those experiences better. I would have considered returning to this hotel as well, but the housekeeping situation would make me hesitate. Overall, the room and facilities are very good and the reception staff are excellent, but I believe the housekeeping service needs improvement.

“Good size apartment close to attractions and restaurants”
Liked: Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and good facilities. Location was easy walking distance to main attractions and restaurants.

“Very quiet hotel close to many attractions”
Liked: A hidden hotel close to major attractions. A large park next door. Music museum around. Some 10 restaurants within 250m includinga. Michelin rated French restaurant. Remarkable quiet. No sound from the street or slamming doors. Large enough. Attentive personnel. Good breakfast with many items including smoked salmon and sparkling wine. Decent size pool and functioning sauna.
Disliked: Only one kind of herring for breakfast.

“Excellent”
Liked: Very comfortable and friendly staff. Quiet and spacious room with great view and comfy bed. Modern bathroom and small but pleasant spa area. Coming back!
Disliked: - No dinner / restaurant. - breakfast 27€ expensive (but not unusual nowadays)

“Excellent”
Liked: Nice, clean and in good location.
Disliked: Wellness centre need to upgrade, yes there was a small pool and sauna, however should be small cold water tube outside, jaccuzy and salt or steam sauna), different small additional things more (like lightning upgrade, sound upgrade etc.).
