“Earplugs”
Liked: Great location. The food was really good. Tony was super helpful. Beautiful Botel.
Disliked: There were open bottles of alcohol when I checked into the room. The lady on reception gave me a Admirál Botel coin as an apology. No fridge in the room. The room was next to a staff area and it was extremely noisy especially first thing in the morning and even after 10pm at night. Housekeeping yelled up and down the hallway really early in the morning. Could hear my neighbour next door snoring. Highly suggest earplugs.

Liked: The staff was so helpful, the lady on reception was very engaging when we checked in, and our waiter Merrick and called us by our first names every time we went into the very stunning restaurant. The restaurant is just spectacular, and all you needed to do was cross the bridge and catch a number 17 tram into old town. We loved staying on this botel
Disliked: No hot water jug in the rooms, and the mattress was very uncomfortable with lots of springs which you could feel. No hairdryer.

“A nice quirky stay in Prague, but the bar and breakfast staff need a little customer service training and a smile would”
Liked: It was quirky and all of the common areas were clean and tidy and staying on a boat in the city of Prague was great. The cabin was ok and had a good size double bed and a small bathroom, however there is no air conditioning, coffee making, or fridge in the cabin.
Disliked: The reception staff were excellent, and we did not have dinner on board as we ate in Prague but when we came back we sat in the bar waiting for a drink for 30 minutes and asked to be served twice but were ignored, so we got up to leave, and at this point they wanted to serve us. We left and found a lovely couple of bars along the dock who looked after us very well.

“Just for one night”
Liked: Great location, very close to Prague's main attractions. The vibe of the botel itself was out of this world. Huge shout-out to the staff, and the breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: On the downside, there was no air conditioning or adequate ventilation in the cabins. Cleanliness was also a disappointment—the bedsheet was dirty, and the shower cabin hadn't been cleaned properly either.

“Comfortable bed, but lacking cleanliness and AC.”
Liked: The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Couldn't find an air conditioner in the room. Also, the room was a bit dirty and there were a lot of mosquitoes.
