Really wonderful stay. View of the sunset was amazing! Staff also great w kids. If there's anything to improve, I'd probably just suggest that they expand their menu. Especially at the 9th floor pool area. Maybe more pica picas like fries, etc. Those suitable for kids. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay!

“Exceptional”
Liked: Amazing hotel, we were upgraded to an exec room and it was beautiful. So comfortable and spacious. The bed was amazing. Great location, grab cabs always arrived within a few minutes. Staff are impeccably trained. The breakfast selection was incredible. Just a lovely hotel overall. Would love to go back and stay longer.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing, loved it all.

“Everything you need in one place.”
Liked: Fantastic staff, very accomodating. The rooms were lovely and clean. The bed was so comfortable. The food and drinks are exceptional! Ruby Wong was amazing for both food and cocktails as well. I can’t fault any of it

“Excellent room but customer service needs improvement”
Admiral room was excellent - clean, comfortable, and luxurious. However, customer service needs improvement in terms of response time / attentiveness. Overall still a great stay and we hope service will match the quality of the rooms next time.

“Excellent Stay, Attentive Staff”
The location was perfect for what I needed, walking distance to the CCP Complex. The cleanliness and staff were attentive at resto, doors and front, though seemingly hesitant to give me an extra key to my room. Bathroom was spotless, great sleep and nice views at the pool deck. Aristocrat was close by to walk, but it seems safer to walk on the service road than the walk way across it. Overall, great stay and was upgraded to a room facing the Manila Bay, possibly due to construction on-going at the moment.
