AF Stays - Philadelphia 1210 Mt Vernon St

Disliked: It is a bit far and it did not feel very safe during the night. Other people were too noisy.

Disliked: The building smelled like weed. The room smelled like cigarettes. There is absolutely no soundproofing and the doors to the rooms all slam. The couple next to me was fighting and no one respects the quiet hours. I’m very low maintenance and this place was a terrible experience.

Liked: How close everything was to walk too, save $ cause places I wanted to see and visit were close by.

Disliked: No mirror long mirror in room lol

Very spacious and nice decor. Free street parking but tricky at first to understand and navigate. Very clean except for moldy grout shower. Only thing missing were hangers. Great full kitchen available. Ask about stairs or possible noise if have concerns.

Liked: Property was generally clean and had the things you need based on the price. It is a little out of the way if you want to view the main tourist sites in Philadelphia but you should know that before booking.

Disliked: The guests on the floor above were smoking and were very loud. The sound of footsteps above is very loud and you can hear it from your room it disturbed my sleep.

Disliked: Very noisy and bad smell

Liked: Great location, big room, very easy to get to.

Disliked: No staff contact at all.

Liked: It was easy to get in and out. The house itself and access to the kitchen was nice.

Disliked: Reeked of cigarette smoke in my room, I was gagging the whole time and had to sleep with the window open even though it was like 30 degrees. No filtered water anywhere in the house - fridge door didn’t work and no brita. Shampoo and other amenities were nearly empty and I had to open the bottle to get the last dredges out. The towels were also laughably small. The smoke was the big thing for me though
