“I’d recommmend this hotel to anyone coming to Trapani”
Liked: Everything was great! The breakfast, the room, the location. The bed was not great, but it wasn’t horrible. A new mattress is needed.

“Very enjoyable stay at Ai Lumi.”
Liked: The location was very good in Old town, breakfast was nice served in their restaurant next door, we were able to do an early check-in and they kept our bags the next day until we left Trapani. They helped to organize a taxi to take us up to Erice( party of 7).
Disliked: They do not have an elevator up to the first floor rooms( this is clearly stated on their website), but for the 2nd floor they have a lift for the suitcases.

“Very friendly staff, clean cozy room. Would definitely stay here again”
Liked: Very comfortable place in a historic building near the port. An added bonus was the connected restaurant which gave a 15% discount to guests. My dinner there was excellent. The breakfast included in the room price was also very good
Disliked: Lack of an elevator, but I knew this ahead of time. Historic buildings are a bureaucratic nightmare to renovate.

“Amazing location, OK room”
Liked: The location is perfect. The hotel is right in the middle of the main street, literally in the heart of everything, and within walking distance of the beach. There is also a restaurant downstairs which is really good. The historic building where the hotel is located is beautiful and has a lot of character. The staff was also super helpful and friendly throughout my stay.
Disliked: The room was quite small and there was barely any space for anything. I honestly didn't know where to put my suitcase. The area that was supposed to be the closet looked a little dirty, so I didn't really feel comfortable using it. The sheets also felt very old and quite rough against the skin. They could definitely use an update. Overall, it was okay.
