“Friendly family hotel”
Liked: Family friendly hotel with great, motivated staff. We booked the two-bedroom appartment, which consists of 2 very large bedrooms, both having large windows with shutters and one of them having a balcony. Additionally, there's a spacious bathroom and another large balcony at the kitchen. Very clean. Free parking unless you want to use the underground garage. I took a swim in the large pool.
Disliked: A lot of things in the appartment were broken even though it was only the start of the season. The balcony table was missing a large piece of plastic, one of the chairs was broken and the upper kitchen cabinet did not stay open (you had to constantly hold the heavy lid up). The kitchen equipment was barely fit for 5 people that could fit into this large accommodation.

“Above average”
Liked: The staff is really friendly, the location is great. The appartement was a great size for a family of five. The pool was great and lively.
Disliked: A little bit worn off. The bathroom door had no key so you couldn’t close when inside, but would stay stuck every time you want to get out. The shower leaks everywhere and is a little bit moldy.

“Adequate, nothing fancy”
Liked: large room, nice looking bathroom on the surface, adequate buffet, was able to park, but there were no guarantees that it would be free. Good view from the 3rd floor. A/C worked well. The staff recommended the Locanda Del Marinaio for dinner and it was an excellent recommendation. When we discovered that there was a bed missing, the front desk made a bed appear within 10 minutes.
Disliked: Lots of black mold in the shower. Also the shower emptied largely into the bathroom floor, and we clearly were not the first to experience that, since the door posts were curling up from past events. I reported that to the administration upon checking out. The downside of the water works was that we had to use our towels to staunch the flood, so in the morning we were running short. I think the price was a little high for a complex 2km from the beach

“Exceptional”
Liked: We spent three nights at the Ai Pozzi Resort & Spa and had an excellent family stay. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, the rooms were comfortable and very clean, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful. Great spa, with both indoor and outdoor pools to enjoy. There were also great activities available throughout the day, including padel and football/volleyball. A perfect place for a relaxing and active family getaway.

“Favoloso”
Sono quattro anni che andiamo in questo villaggio, per noi è come sentirci a casa.semplicemente favoloso dall’animazione al personale molto gentile e disponibili, è un grazie di cuore al Bagnino Onofrio che nell’ultima nostra vacanza purtroppo siamo rimasti senza macchina e ci ha riportato lui a casa facendosi più di 250 km
