“I wouldn't necessarily recommend it, but for a one night stay it does its value.”

Liked: I liked the terrace and that the hot water came in an instant.

Disliked: Multiple loud noises at night, loud exterior noises, uncomfy bed.

“Great apartment in very good location.”

Liked: Location is amazing and we had a balcony but also a terrace at the top. Great value, even better location. 10 minutes to center, 15 to flea market and all the shops along that way.

Disliked: I don't think we disliked anything. The shower could've been a little bigger but maybe that's the italian way!

“Nice place, great value in Catania”

First off, if you're not familiar with Italy and Southern Italy, the entrance to this place can seem dodgy and maybe even a bit scary because you enter the building and then there's a dark and narrow staircase and the cortile isn't in the best condition. But the property itself on the top is pretty nice, it's clean and comfy, there a shared kitchen with a fridge and coffee is provided. Plus there is a terrace where you can enjoy a beer and watch the sunset. Good location too, 10 mins from Piazza Duomo.

Disliked: Unfortunately, the way into the property is in very bad condition, this was made worse by the amount of stairs you need to climb, there was also an honestly terrible chemical smell there. The bathrooms are also

“Very good”

Liked: The room with private bathroom was lovely and also had access to a small balcony. Upstairs on top of the building there is also a shared terrace that we enjoyed.

Disliked: Is good to be aware that the kitchen was allowed only to prepare breakfast and not to cook meals.
