“Follow what the guest have paid for as per your advertisement.”

Liked: The room is spacious with kitchen and laundry facility. Room service was sent right away and is very polite.

Disliked: Paid for a city view as advertised however ours is overlooking the next building. No view at all. Friends coming for a visit is prohibited too as written on their key card holder. Accidentally broke a glass and paid 10aed.
