Alandalus Golden Palace Hotel

Some people smokinh in lobby,, no towel,, no water, no cleaning,, bad service hotel…

Extremely disappointing stay due to poor service and inadequate facilities in a low crowd time... The staff was uncooperative, and the overcrowded lifts resulted in excessively long waiting times. The room telephone was not working, and despite repeated complaints, no one came to resolve the issue. We had to go from the 12th floor to reception for every request. The only thing handled promptly was the checkout reminder. Even after requesting a luggage trolley, we waited 30 minutes without receiving one and eventually had to carry our luggage to the car ourselves. Overall, the lack of professionalism, responsiveness, and basic guest assistance was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel.

Upon arrival they had informed me there was no booking.Then I realised I did have a booking but they had cancelled it and gave it to someone else.The reason they did this apparently I didn’t come on time so they gave it to someone else.I managed to get my family some where else.Never again will I be using them or recommend this Hotel.If I where you stay away if possible.

Just elevators to crowded but as the distance to haram its acceptable

During our stay no room service at all, and supplies were too few

Just need to improve the bathroom and the AC because during night time it was really hot

Location was good but no any restaurant found around the hotel. Overall visit was satisfactory.
