“It has all the basics”
Liked: It was spacious, clean, and warm. Lockers for packs to allow you to explore Leon.
Disliked: It was not a friendly or conducive to meeting fellow travelers. The food was ample but cold and the process inhospitable. It overall felt institutional and somewhat prison like. Poor sound insulation. Technically you have everything you need but you feel like you shouldn’t be there.

“Good location but tourist prices got no better than spartan pilgrims”
Liked: The receptionist and kitchen staff were friendly and helpful. Good location. As a coeliac I was very relieved to see their care and usage of a dedicated toaster for gluten free bread.
Disliked: No fire exit from our third floor bedroom. The bedroom was chilly but the bed only had sheets until I went to ask for blankets. After the first night I told them the light did not work but nothing had been done and there was no apology and no extra lamp when we returned that evening. They said there was no gluten free food available for dinner. There was no comfortable seating nor even a waiting/lounge/area.

Liked: Location. Good facilities. 4 to a room. No bunk beds.
Disliked: Breakfast and dinner was poor quality.

Liked: We had our own bathroom in each room and they have laundry services. Blankets were available for everyone
Disliked: The bathroom ran out of toilet paper and there were no spare rolls available.
