Aliée Istanbul - A Paris Society Collection Hotel

Liked: Some hotels impress you with their beauty, others with their service. But every once in a while, you come across a place that makes you feel genuinely cared for. Aliée Istanbul has been exactly that for our family. From the beautiful atmosphere and attention to the smallest details to the warmth and professionalism of the entire team, our experience has been truly exceptional. What makes this hotel stand out isn’t simply the luxury, but the people behind it. The way the team listens, remembers the little things, and genuinely goes out of their way to make guests happy is something very special. I would especially like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Atıl Seran, Director of Front Office. His personal attention, kindness, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction left a lasting impression on us. The fact that he personally took the time to meet with us, listen to our experience, and make us feel valued speaks volumes about the level of hospitality this hotel represents. Our family has felt so welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. My mother has been especially happy, and seeing her enjoy every moment means more to me than words can express. It was also my brother’s first visit to Istanbul, and this hotel has made his first impression of the city even more memorable. What I appreciate most is that the team doesn’t just provide excellent service — they make you feel that your happiness truly matters. Luxury can be found in many places, but genuine hospitality is rare. And that is exactly what makes Aliée Istanbul so special. To Mr. Atıl and the entire team, thank you from the bottom of my heart for making our time in Istanbul so beautiful. You have given us more than a wonderful hotel experience — you have given us memories we will always cherish. We will definitely look forward to returning. 🤍

Liked: We had such a wonderful stay at Aliée Istanbul. The hotel has a unique atmosphere - stylish, peaceful and full of character. Our room was beautiful and extremely comfortable, and the team was genuinely warm and attentive throughout our stay

Liked: Location is good and service was outstanding. We had a problem with our room (lights were not working properly and washbasin was not letting water out) so hotel staff helped us to change to a new, more spacious room. Especially Ekaterina was best.

Disliked: The food price at the restaurants is clearly overpriced. They charge $80 for a dish - this is outrageous amount and no hotel should try to do that.

Liked: Loved the pool and location

Liked: Beautiful setting, great atmosphere, wonderful view, gorgeous interiors and gardens, immaculately clean and the space has been used incredibly well, attentive staff, beautiful food ("reassuringly expensive"), great recommendations on restaurants from concierge, beds v comfortable (see below for exception), unique wonderful toiletries inspired by Istanbul's spices. Great location, up and coming area with a great vibe and an aspirational development (with the added benefit of having more locals than tourists), a very special place.

Disliked: Very slow check in - prefer a quicker check in please. Same with check out. Taxi to airport was not available and we were running late even though we had given a lot of notice. Room a little hot and when asked for a lighter duvet, given a scratchy bedcover. The area is still developing - eventually this will be a perfect location (mall, waterfront, restaurants) but still a lot of work going on, poor traffic in the corner to get to Tersane but this is not under the control of the hotel.
