Liked: The location was good.

Disliked: Staff barely spoke English, overcomplicated moving within premises (need a QR code for every door). The pool didn't work and they informed us a day before arrival (June 4th) that the pool had been closed since May 26. We booked the place because of the pool. The gym was very poorly equipped.

Disliked: If you are looking for a hotel with breakfast, this place isn’t it. But you have a lot of places nearby. It’s expensive to get laundry done there, but there are local and cheap spots nearby and quick!

“Nice hotel with a great pool and spa area”

Liked: The location was great, close to San Telmo and also the sightseeing stops. It’s a safe neighborhood and the staff was really friendly. It has a nice pool area, fitness and spa center.

Disliked: The breakfast was just a kiosk - buffet, there were no tables, no fresh juices, no eggs or warm stuff. It was nothing I’d book again but they mentioned that they are planning on implementing a breakfast restaurant.
