“Good location, good value”
Came for AABB 2026, the location is very close walk to Georgia concention centre, Georgia aquarium, Coca cola world and ferris wheel. The room and lobby is spacious with friendly staff.

“Enjoyed the stay!”
Liked: Liked that it was close to the stadium for the football game & that it was downtown near many things. Could walk around and find things.
Disliked: Phone in the room kept coming on in the middle of night and morning asking for a passcode.

Liked: The hotel staff were consistently friendly throughout our stay, and the location proved to be absolutely ideal for our needs.
Disliked: It looks like there were some cosmetic issues that didn't end up getting fixed!

“A great placet to stay and I will definitely stay there again.”
Liked: The location and comfort of the room. The mattress was soft and the staff was helpful and friendly. Loved the coffee bar outside of the elevator. The coffee was good and strong.
Disliked: I liked everything. There was nothing I disliked about my stay at Aloft.

“OG made all the difference! Good location. Despite the poop stain, we would book again!”
Liked: Staff mostly nice but OG (Olga?) was amazing! So welcoming and friendly! She needs a raise! I dont know if I got her name right but she's the black girl with the afro at the front desk. Nice room for my family of 3 and was quiet, pool and lobby area were nice. We loved that there was a pool table in the lobby but there was no chalk for the pool sticks.
Disliked: Our room wasn't very clean, as there was a poop smear on the entry way to the bathroom and the shower wasnt very clean. No chalk for pool sticks and not enough food options for purchase in the breakfast area. They had bagels but no toaster, and nighttime staff not super helpful when we asked about it. Dayshift staff were definitely more welcoming and accommodating than nighttime staff.

“Terrible customer service”
Liked: Close to everything.
Disliked: 1 customer service is bad. A. The front staff can't hold a conversation whitout taking to his partner and other customers B. They offer breakfast to the other customer and when I ask for he say I have to show up in the morning..Just because im not a silver customer C. My daughter used the pool and some one of the front desk lock the door..soo we have to walk to the front door...please a less let's know.. D. Shower didn't have champú
