“There when I needed it.”

Liked: Comfortable room, dark, quiet, nicely outfitted. The staff was wonderful! Extra shout out to Earline in the kitchen. She was absolutely delightful. The shuttle was convenient and the drivers were superb.

Disliked: Two of the lights in my room didn't work, which wasn't a huge deal. The bigger concern is that I booked last minute through booking.com because of a canceled flight. My total with taxes and fees was $147. When I got to the hotel I was charged $197. Not okay, but I was just too exhausted to argue it.

“Desapointed”

Liked: Close to the airport

Disliked: Rooms are not clean and lack of urgency to solve a problem. When I arrive the bathroom was dirty with Popo 💩 I call front desk and no one came so I call again to request a new room. I have to pack again to move all my stuffs to a very distance room… no one help me.

“Exceptional”

Liked: The room was nice and clean. My husband and I hoped to relax before our busy Monday, and we did so without incident.

Disliked: I wish there was a restaurant in the hotel. The other hotels offered food, but Aloft did not.

“Acceptable”

Liked: The bed was comfortable. Staff did well with check in.

Disliked: At check in, the lobby music was too loud. Everything seems a bit worn and needing a deep cleaning. I know no one had control over this, but a 5 am fire alarm is never fun to wake up to.
