Disliked: Noise party going on down below fir a reunion of sorts that kept us up until very late( or early morning) and no bathtub and then no shower cap!!!

“Will never book here again”
Liked: The location was the biggest bonus- very walkable to everything. Q at the bar was the biggest highlight.
Disliked: Thw staff should have been nonexistent as they were not helpful

“I would stay here again.”
Liked: The room was delightful. The decor was elegant for a small space. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to my partner and I.

“Top location, easy walk to key Philly attractions, good lobby”
Liked: This is a great location close to the City Hall, the bus, and the Reading Terminal Market. Easy and welcoming Lobby Space for visiting and a friendly bar. Pretty clean and functional room.
Disliked: Tepid water for showers twice. Staff perfunctory, but efficient. Main lobby entry stair difficult especially for lugging bags. Very high priced “store” off lobby. Noisy and clunky room air system, we shut it off, and put up with a too warm room.

“Disconnected Staff & Poor Accommodations”
Liked: Bartender, Q was the main highlight giving exceptional insight on places to go and things to do in Philly, and front desk receceptionist, Michael gets 5 stars as he was very apologetic for his fellow staff members, trying to accommodate as much as possible for their huge shortcomings.
Disliked: Staff members, Olin and Jordan who both worked the front desk. They were extremely disconnected and failed to provide acceptable customer service. Jordan was asked to make sure our room was cleaned and she failed to do so therefore we had no clean linen or clean wash cloths. Olin had a very dismissive attitude and tone deaf to all my questions and concerns. Jordan was the same, not at all helpful or attentive to her responsibilities. Also valet parking was way too expensive especially for large vehicles and an additional fee for in/out so we parked in garage across the street which was very reasonable, however our rental was damaged as the exit ramp was extremely narrow causing the side to be severely scratched 😳.
