“A location that allows you to relax away from the hustle and bustle.”
The hotel is a clean 28-story building. There are free water dispensers on each floor, and the in-room coffee maker is complimentary. The rooms are spacious and stylishly appointed. However, it is far from the city center. Taking the bus is quick and convenient.

“Syay one night”
There's a washing and drying machine (Surprise 1), two fridges (1 big - Surprise 3, 1 small), a microwave (Surprise 4) in the sitting room with a large sofa and a TV. Toothbrushes and toothpaste(Surprise 5) are available and another TV in the bedroom. Overall impression: quiet, quite clean and comfortable sofa and bed. However, there's only an inconvenience store downstairs. and there are many traffic lights on the way to Shek Mum station.

“Five-star hotel!!”
A five-star hotel that really lives up to being five-star, xdd. I booked a Deluxe Queen (Deluxe Room with a queen bed). As soon as I arrived I felt the room was very spacious. The bathroom and shower area were also very large. The shower has three spray modes, the hot water has a thermostat lock, and the TV supports AirPlay.

“Vast, open lobby; friendly staff that are ever-ready”
My family and I chose this hotel within the Sha Tin district as pictures showed modern rooms. Thankfully, the rooms were exactly as they appeared. The hotel is kept clean, modern and pristine. Both the toilet and shower are kept separate, allowing both to be used at the same time if needed. My family and I particularly appreciated the regular shuttle bus service to Shek Mun MTR and New Town Plaza/Sha Tin MTR. Staff were always ready to usher us onto the bus about 5 minutes before departure. We also appreciated the turn down service by the staff every evening. The hotel also has the A41 airport bus service at its doorstep. A journey from the airport to the hotel will take you about an hour. There is also a 7-11 that closes at 11pm every day at the ground floor of the hotel. I would highly recommend anyone considering a stay within the Sha Tin region to pick ALVA for your trip for a fuss-free and relaxing stay.

“Nice stays”
The second time to Alva Hotel b6 Royal. Anf will stay a couple more time on this trip. Staffs are polite and helpful. Rooms are clean. Will come again on my next trip to HK

“Enjoyable stay at a very comfortable hotel”
Liked: The hotel is very modern and location is quite close to MTR stations. The room was very spacious, especially for Hong Kong standards. The facilities are also quite good and the presence of 7-eleven in the basement is really convenient.
Disliked: Might be a bit remote from the center for tourism purposes.

“Terrible F&B Staffs”
The F&B experience is very bad. The manager body language is not welcome. This attitude was passed down to everyone inside the restaurant. Everyone is unhappy and not welcome guests.
