“Sadly, traveling through Europe, this hotel was one of the worst for comfort and rest.”
Liked: Their pool and spa area along with dining room were very nice. Staff did their best trying to accommodate when issues came up during the stay. Sadly, these issues seemed to be beyond their control, because, moving to another room, still had problems.
Disliked: Lack of oversight regarding hotel room maintenance and housekeeping. For example, plumbing issues like clogged sink, loose plumbing fixtures, broken shower valve diverter, improperly fitted shower doors that caused a stream of leaking water onto the floor that could further cause a slip and fall hazard. Faulty light fixture, stained towels, lack of thorough cleaning, and worn mattress pad/cushion creating a mattress that was too firm, which caused disrupted sleep. Finally, they doubled billed this reservation, but, after 48 hrs of my complaint, staff had taken responsibility for their error and refunded the amount.

Liked: Location, size of the room, comfy beds, swimming pool. Breakfast was great.
Disliked: "Tired" towels, lack of hair conditioner, shower caps and ear buds. No bar in the hotel. The hotel needs some revamping. There's an ironing room on the 4th floor but no easy access to water for irons. Also electric socket is positioned by the door which means you can get hit with the door by the person entering while you're ironing. The covers for the ironing boards need washing/replacing.

Hotel ok. Dobre śniadania. Pokój dość duży. Wybraliśmy go ze względu na basen i tu największe rozczarowanie bo woda zimna. Basen za głęboki dla dzieci. 1 jacuzzi ciagle zajęte. Sauny fajne.
