“The resort pool is fun.”
I booked the same room type as a couple of friends, but each of our rooms turned out to be different, which was a new experience and not necessarily a bad one. I was very satisfied with the resort breakfast, and the buggy came quickly whenever called, so getting around was easy.

“retrain staff on asking guests for their breakfast room numbers.”
My family walked out of breakfast because a staff member kept asking for our room number and the number of people! Even when another table said their room number was the same as ours, they still came back to ask me if my family—when our table had six people—was complete. It's not unusual for guests to mix up room numbers, but the way the staff asked felt like we were freeloading. They even asked my younger sister, "Did you come from outside?" If the resort thinks it can't control who comes in, then issue breakfast vouchers—but why keep asking multiple times as if chasing guests away? If you can afford to stay at a resort, respect your guests. Don't behave so tactlessly.

“The hotel is nice, so the trip was enjoyable.”
I visited Nha Trang for my first trip abroad with a friend and chose Amiana Resort Nha Trang, one of the well-known 5-star resorts — it was a choice I didn’t regret. You don’t need to go to the beach separately because there’s a snorkeling spot right there, and there were so many fish. The hotel has three swimming pools and the breakfast was very satisfying. The buggy car arrived quickly and getting around was convenient. If I go to Nha Trang again, I’ll probably stay here again without worrying about the hotel.

“downvote;”
First of all, it's right in front of a construction site. Noisy. It used to be fine when I visited before, but now it’s next to the construction and everything is worn out — the door wouldn’t lock and even with the air conditioner on it was still humid. You have to live with a musty feeling the whole time. Even when you call for a cart, it may or may not show up after a long wait.

“I really want to come back, Amiana.”
Couldn't be better — it was really great haha. It's perfect for relaxing. The staff were all friendly, the breakfast was tasty, and above all swimming at the private beach was so much fun. The landscaping is beautiful, the facilities are clean, and I didn't even see a single lizard haha. I definitely want to come back — there's a reason everyone raves about this place. Also, there are a lot of Korean guests lol.

“Aside from the seawater pool, there aren't any recommendable attractions.”
I stayed in the hotel wing, but it was too far from the pool, lobby, and restaurant. They say you can use the buggy, but even when you call one it doesn’t come promptly, and if you just wait you end up in an awkward stare-down with other Korean guests. A large family and we were waiting together for a buggy; only one came and the seating was awkward. Even though we had been waiting first, we ended up yielding and had to wait longer. We gave up our spot in a good mood, but in the heat it was a bit annoying. Two buggies should have come from the start. I tried walking once, but the pedestrian path and the buggy path are the same, so you have to keep moving aside whenever a buggy comes. The path is narrow and it’s blazing hot during the day. At night it’s walkable, but the pool closes at 6:30, so there’s no reason to walk around at night except for a stroll. If you walk in the day you’ll be drenched in sweat, so just wait for and take the buggy. We stayed in room 606 in the hotel wing and roaming didn’t work. I needed to take calls for work so I intentionally had roaming enabled, but it was useless. The Wi‑Fi is shared, so it felt a bit uncomfortable, but I had no choice and used it. The gym was decent and the entertainment facilities — billiards, pocket ball, table tennis — were fine for a bit of fun. Pool: The seawater pool was amazing, but it’s under direct sun so it was tiring; there was some algae-like floating stuff, but overall the view was fantastic. Amiana really lives off that seawater pool. The sea had lots of fish and the water was clean. The freshwater pool was overrun by kids, so I didn’t really want to go in. The shower rooms were cramped, so it was awkward to shower after checking out, but there was no alternative so we used them. There was only one shower stall to begin with and the drainage was poor — that’s something I wouldn’t expect at a five‑star resort. I’m pregnant so I skipped the mud spa on purpose, and there was no massage shop inside, so I had to go elsewhere nearby. They should have one inside the resort. They say the breakfast is a must, but it was just okay — I’m not sure I’d call it a “must‑eat” place... Staff greet you when they pass by. They’re friendly but it felt very rehearsed. I was looking around for towels and the pool staff just greeted me, sat there doing nothing until I asked if there were towels. If you ask, they give them well, haha. The free ice cream — if you just stand there, would they give it? No, they wouldn’t. You have to ask. Amiana felt like it had lots of good things but was lacking in little ways. Maybe I’m comparing it to places like Ayana in Bali, Hilton La Festa in Phu Quoc, or Pullman resorts, so that’s why. But since the price was around 200,000 won, it felt cheap enough that I told myself to accept it and just relax... though Pullman was cheaper too... Anyway, if I go to Nha Trang again I’d probably use Amiana just for a day pass to use the pool rather than stay overnight, or I’d go somewhere else.

“It's the best.”
I knew it was good and had high expectations, and I was satisfied. The private beach is very well maintained and I really enjoyed the snorkeling. The room was spacious, and it was nice to be able to swim at the private beach even on checkout day. The room was cool and clean. This is an accommodation worth the high price. I will definitely visit again.
