“perfect location, lots of wildlife and a relaxing stay”
Liked: Room was amazing - the view was perfect
Disliked: Only thing was there was no covered outdoor area - which would have been nice

“Stunning resort and spa”
Liked: Very intimate and nice experience at this resort. Overlooking the volcano from our private suite, with wildlife just outside is stunning. Staff is so friendly and go out of their way to ensure you are enjoying your stay with them. We will definitely be back for another stay.
Disliked: Some of the food was overcooked and over salted but they corrected the concern.

“Wonderful to relax and enjoy area, eat out”
Liked: Loved the rooms and the staff was perfection. The pools are gorgeous and the hot tub in the room balcony is perfection. Lots of animals to see and the staff are really amazing - everyone!!
Disliked: The food is not up to par. Service is exceptional but the food itself wasn’t that good. Even breakfast was ok, but not great.

“Beautiful resort”
Even better than the photographs! The outdoor jacuzzi is lovely though the surface is very rough. There is a glass wall without curtains - morning sun does come in. Restaurant standard is inconsistent - the steak is excellent but the pork ribs inedible. Staff is excellent

“We couldn't have landed at a better place. It was pricey, but it was worth it!”
Liked: Incredible staff, friendly and helpful and always available. Dreamlike grounds and accommodations, exactly the relaxing and stimulating experience we were looking for. Food was also top notch.
Disliked: Might have been nice to get a "what to expect, what to pack" email before traveling so we were optimized by way of clothing (we overpacked!) but this is a minor idea. One of top top if not THE top service and accommodations I have experienced in my life!

“Perfect 4 nights”
This resort is well kept. Staffs are friendly & they tried their best to accommodate our needs. Stunning view of the Arenal. However, I think it’s overpriced

“During our honeymoon stay, the staff were so helpful and welcoming and provided the best service across the board.”
Liked: I liked the ambience and the cleanliness of the room and facility.
Disliked: Too many bugs/insects in the room. Breakfast menu needs to be expanded a bit more.

“Incredible Stay”
Absolutely loved our time here. The place is gorgeous and has everything you need. The staff was amazing and made the stay so much more special. We took advantage of the facilities as much as possible, including the pools, the wet bar, afternoon yoga, and the on site trails. The only bad part of the stay was having to leave!
