Pool are and location are top notch. Unfortunately the rooms didn't live up to it. Very small and cramped and shower/bathroom was pretty bad. Shower head didn't work and could barely fit one person. Plus would flood the floor outside shower on every use despite being as careful as possible. Prime location, if minimal time spent in the hotel itself then can recommend it.

“If you consider cost-effectiveness, I highly recommend it.”

The staff is friendly and proactive. The location is at the entrance of Bui Vien, allowing easy access to nearby attractions on foot (about 1 km). Naturally, it is close to the Bui Vien backpacker street, which is filled with bars, restaurants, and plenty of entertainment options. There are many luxury accommodations nearby, but if you're not planning on a hotel retreat, I highly recommend this place.

“Still being renovated”

It’s ok. The rooms are still being renovated. The staff are great as well as the bar they own next door. But it’s not luxury or anywhere near what the photos say and they are clearly AI generated.
