“Nightmare of my life”

When I first checked in and opened the door,there was a terrible damp odour.The room was so small we hardly have space to move around.The blanket looked so dirty.The toilet was dirty and worn out.We grabbed our bags and left immediately.I told the counter staff what happened and he said he will looked into it and get someone to settle the odour issue ( I saw many past reviews many people feed back about this and it is still the same very disappointed ).Counter staff told me if you leave no refund.I said never mind ( better than suffocate in there and go home with full of insect bites and the odour if you inhale the whole night it is very bad for health).

“it is okay”

hmm, we only stay for 1 night because we made a mistake in booking our 1st hotel, for its price, its okay but i don't recommend it for those who want to enjoy center of Singapore because location is a bit far also it is more like a motel so not recommended if you have kids.
