Ana Anan Resort & Villas Pattaya

Nice bathtub, nice room, diffuser smells really good. Breakfast line is exceptional! Have a complimentary room & snacks. Prefer to revisit again soon!

We visited this hotel for 1 night and was pleasantly surprised with the service and facilities. From the moment we arrived the counter staff were very service minded and even gave us a little ice pop while we were waiting to check in. That was a nice touch. First impressions are always important! The resort has a nice restaurant and is perfect for sunset dinners. I would recommend this place for families looking for a quick getaway from Bangkok.

The Sea View grand Delux Twin room that we booked shows a bath tub on the balcony and so I booked it but in reality the tub is NOT on the balcony. The breakfast array of food is vast but most dishes are not tasty and lack salt. The front desk staff on checking in was lovely, helpful and professional whereas the staff upon checking out was cold and inefficient. The restaurant Squid & Co needs to have more staff during dinner time. Now the only lone waitress makes the few diners wait almost 10 minutes to even get the menu. Absolutely appalling, Ana Anan was a real gem of a place in 2020 but now sadly, the quality has dropped so much.

All good

I was impressed with everything! We arrived quite late (but the staff still greeted us with smiles and were very welcoming). We stayed in the Sky Bath King with an ocean view, and it was just as described - beautiful and clean. The bed was soul-sucking soft, haha! And the breakfast was absolutely luxurious. There was a wide variety of food and everything was delicious. If anyone is considering whether to stay or not: I say go ahead and stay, it's an incredible value!

The accommodation is clean, matches the reviews, the staff are helpful and polite, good value for the stay. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The family was very impressed.
