The room is comfortable and tidy. This time I stayed in a 3-bedroom unit. The shower facilities have insufficient water pressure; the master bedroom has normal water pressure for the temperature, but the other two rooms, as soon as hot water is turned on, the water pressure is so low that it is impossible to shower properly, even if only one person is using it, the water pressure is still extremely low, which is disappointing.

“Beautiful hotel with excellent staff”

Liked: Great breakfast, nice view, can use hotel facilities, excellent service. Staff and service were stand out. 3 bedroom suite was overall quite spacious apart from one bedroom. Staff very helpful and helped us make bookings. Would return.

Disliked: Washing machine room was not very pleasant (smelly and not that clean, plus there were mosquitoes) so we didn’t end up using the washing machine as planned. Third bedroom with queen bed was very small, not a real bedroom but a converted one with a sliding door (not proper door).

“Exceptional family trip”

We three siblings went on this family trip with parents and got the suite with three bedrooms plus own bathroom. The room was exceptionally good and worth highlighting the excellent services of the staff. The breakfast was nice with lots of variety. The rooftop pool was great but with a bit of wear and tear at the sides and tiles. In general, a very good experience with Anantara.

Great hotel good for family. Best service I ever had. Super friendly staff. Room quality is high. Just avoid the room next to the street if you are sensitive to noise. One thing is suits are a bit far from breakfast restaurants. Second is the playroom too small. But Melia hotel nearby has a big playroom open to the public for a fee. Overall, great experience would stay again.
