Anatole Hotel Hanoi

Best location, the staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is very nice. We will be back!

Although we stayed one night, the team at Anatole made us feel at home. From the manager, to the front desk to the F&B team, it was a great experience of the warm hospitality of Hanoi. The location is also prefect, being near the St Joseph Cathedral.

The staff were very kind. They were really friendly, not just hotel employees and guests. The location was good as well. Sometimes it got crowded in front of the hotel during peak times, but that would be the case for any hotel in the city center, so it wasn't a problem. The pool was small, but since there weren't many people, it was sufficient, and it was great that I could use the sauna after checkout. The room was clean, and the TV worked well for YouTube and phone mirroring, which was nice. The breakfast selection wasn't vast, but the options were decent and just right. Overall, everything at the hotel was satisfying.

The hotel had a sense of luxury, and the staff were wonderful; however, one of the two rooms we rented had a smell, making it difficult to relax. Fortunately, the other room was clean, so we spent most of our time there. Upon arrival, there were hair strands left in the bathroom, but they promptly cleaned it when we requested. Unfortunately, the smell was not resolved, but they provided an air purifier and did everything they could. The breakfast was also satisfying in terms of the variety, service, and taste!

Liked: It would have been nice if they had a massage service.

Disliked: Clara and all other staff went out of their way for everything.

The location of the hotel is really great, and the room condition is good too! The location is so good that I quickly memorized the streets of Hanoi, and when I needed something, it was handled promptly! The street was busy with people even late at night, so I didn't feel scared at all. Most of all, I'm really thankful to the hotel staff who provided so much help. They went beyond simple friendly service and actively helped resolve challenges I faced during my trip. I lost my phone, and they personally accompanied me to the police station to help me file a report. I also lost my room key along with my phone, but they were more concerned about us and took care of the extra charge for free. 😭 I felt so lucky to stay at Anatole Hotel! There's also a sauna that you can reserve for free and use privately, which was great. I couldn't swim, but I think if I did swim and used the sauna, it would really relieve all my fatigue. If I come to Hanoi again, I will definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Anatole Hotel Hanoi. The hotel was SO clean, and the breakfast buffet was honestly the best we’ve ever had at any hotel! There was such a great variety and everything was excellent. The location was perfect for us. It was close to so many of Hanoi’s main attractions, but just far enough away from the busiest areas that stepping outside didn’t immediately feel chaotic. It made exploring the city really easy while still giving us somewhere peaceful to come back to. Our room was very comfortable and had great amenities, and the staff were incredibly lovely and welcoming. One especially thoughtful touch was when they gave my partner a little souvenir magnet to remember our trip to Hanoi, which we really appreciated. This was the perfect way to spend our final two nights in Hanoi. My only regret is that we didn’t book Anatole Hotel for our entire stay! Highly recommend. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to Hanoi.
