“The air conditioner is not cold.”

Arrived at the hotel at 16:30 but the room was ready for check-in only around 18:00. The front desk said the room wasn't finished yet and that they would call when it was, but they never called so we waited tiredly and had to ask again. At night the air conditioning in the room wasn't cold at all. We tried adjusting it, turned it off and on again, but it still didn't get cold.

“Basic and Solid”

Stayed one night while travelling through Surat, good location, nice staff and secure. No more than that but did exactly what we needed.

“Above average”

Not impressed. During my stay the water on the third floor had very low pressure — once was enough. Booked a twin room and got a single bed, haha. As for food, don't expect to get anything after 9 PM except rice porridge.
