Andaz Delhi By Hyatt

This is a modern hotel with western style attitude. Very nice breakfast. Accessible with Airport Express metro line. Not really convenient for exploring city centre. I could stay there again anytime.

It felt a bit too big for me. Even though it’s upscale, the staff’s styling is casual and it doesn’t feel like a Hyatt. I felt the need for a simpler, higher-quality hotel. The Holiday Inn in Gurgaon suits me much better — service, homeliness, food safety, environment. Everything about it is excellent. I think simple, refined service is what ordinary Japanese guests prefer. The price seems to be going toward the room size and the staff’s over-the-top service, which isn’t really what I want. There’s nothing particularly wrong with the hotel, it’s just not to my taste. I want to keep looking. I feel like others might think the same.

Disliked: Heavy smell from aircondition.

Liked: The friendly staff from the front desk to the doorman and the restaurant staff including the house keeping persom on the 6th floor Mr Badam Singh was courteous, friendly and approachable at all times. All this made our stay truly a memorable experience. A very big thank you to the A Team at Andaz Hotel by Hyatt. Keep up the good work.

Disliked: We wish there were more shopping complexes around as that is something we truly missed. Especially as a tourist, we would have loved to go around a bit. The closest was Vasant Kunj.

Liked: We stayed three nights at Andaz Delhi during a family trip and had a very good experience. The hotel is quite expensive, but we felt the overall value for money was very good. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, the pool was well maintained and great for the family, breakfast was excellent, and the service throughout our stay was of a very high standard. Two experiences especially stood out. First, our Indian SIM card ran out of data, and one of the kind gentlemen at reception personally helped us recharge it using his own account. He really went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved. Second, we had a very early morning flight and, instead of missing breakfast, the hotel prepared a generous breakfast basket for us to take along. It was thoughtful, well prepared, and more than enough for the whole family. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. We would be happy to return.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were professional and welcoming, and the location was very convenient.

Disliked: Nothing in particular. Everything met my expectations.

Liked: Excellent stay at ANDAZ. Room are very good with Runway view. Breakfast was awesome. Location is very good, just 7 mins from the Intl Airport. Good Staff. Altogether excellent.

Disliked: However a little expensive I think.

Liked: Service is terrific. Good food. Great location.
