Liked: Great location and beautiful grounds the staff was very helpful specially Eric with our luggage and let us know about our room which was beautiful with panoramic ocean views The only complaint was the curtains not easy to open & we’re not installed properly

Liked: Cozy hotel, nice size bathroom,pool area was great.The The staff was friendly and helpful as I walked with a walker and they showed me where to go as the elevators were confusing to use. I came for a wedding and it was fun to hang out with my relatives and friends.
Disliked: The small closet and room.As I mentioned, I walk with a walker so it was a little hard to maneuver around the room. It's a lovely hotel,the restaurant was nice, service was a little slow, could use some improvement.
Liked: The ocean view from the hotel. Everyone was very welcoming and courteous.
Disliked: The valet parking charge was higher than previously communicated. It was supposed to be 55, which is already expensive, but the charge was 58 for the first day. The final breakdown of the bill was very confusing. I could not quite figure it out.

Liked: Perfect room, corner room with huge wrap around balcony over looking the beach. Gorgeous pools and service.
Disliked: On the weekends, you need to get to the pool early as the beds get booked by people not staying in the hotel
Liked: Modernity of the hotel and of the rooms. Kindness of Eric at the Conciergerie. Nice area.
Disliked: Noisy - from the corridor and from outside (doors and windows are not well isolated against noise). Breakfast price by far too high
