“Good enough”

This place was conveniently located near the back beach- walking distance from hotel. Swimming pool was great although they need more loungers than 3! Breakfast was OK not much variety or options for vegetarians. The room itself was bright with windows showing view of the beach. This room was good enough for 2 people and decent for the price we paid, room was cleaned daily. Not many eateries nearby apart from convenience stores.

“Acceptable”

No hot water. I called staff for help. They only checked and said to keep the water running for a while and it would get hot. In the end it never warmed up. Had to shower with cold water at night. Staff couldn’t resolve the issue for guests. Phone couldn’t reach the front desk. Service was terrible.

Hotel located in a great spot right by the sea, with rooms that have windows offering a very nice sea view. The front desk staff are very polite and attentive 😀👍 If I come to Vung Tau again I will stay here.

“It is not okay now.”

The room was clean, OK, the air conditioning worked well, and the suite with a sea view was very nice. The breakfast buffet had few items but was acceptable (suggestion: the restaurant is a bit stingy). The swimming pool is beautiful, and the pool staff were attentive and took good care of guests. Prices are reasonable, the location is good right by the sea, and there is a safe place to park cars.

“Acceptable”

The hotel was filthy, the room tiny with no windows, dirty, moldy, and unsanitary. The Wi‑Fi was weak; when I complained to reception they just nodded and ignored it. The breakfast was terrible. The room price was way too expensive.
