“Extremely Disappointing – Impossible to Get a Good Night’s Sleep”

Regardless of the price, my stay was extremely uncomfortable because I could barely sleep due to the noise. Considering that the hotel is located right next to a busy road, proper soundproofing of the windows should have been a basic priority. The noise was so unbearable that I eventually had to call the front desk in the middle of the night to ask for earplugs. What surprised me even more was that they had at least 50 earplugs readily available, which made me wonder how many other guests had experienced the same problem. A good night’s sleep is the most basic expectation of any hotel, regardless of its price. Unfortunately, this hotel failed to provide even that. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to other travelers.
