The room is too hot, we cannot sleep that's why we checked out early in the morning despite checking in late at night. Technically, it's our fault for not noticing that it's just a fan room. Regardless, the admin of the building should always check if the rooms are habitable enough. Host is unresponsive in tha app as well. Only one towel despite the fact that we declared the number of guests upon booking. Insufficient toiletries. Toilet is missing floor drain cover which is too risky, insects might crawl out or even a snake. Toilet door is not functioning well; cannot be closed properly and without a working door knob. If forced close, the person inside cannot get out because there's no handle to grab open to. The knob outside cannot be twisted open as well. Amount should not be an excuse to provide an extremely faulty room. The safety of the customers must be considered. After all, your facility is homing people, not abandoned street animals. I hope it's a wakeup call. Thank you for your service!
