“One night after the event in Shibuya.”

I used the hotel after an event nearby. I knew the room would be small, but everything needed was compactly arranged inside, and it was comfortable without any particular inconvenience. Up until just before this hotel on Dogenzaka, it was a rather crowded area that could seem undesirable, and I was a bit concerned about safety, but there were no issues around the hotel. The clientele varied, including foreign tourists and business travelers, but there were no overly rowdy guests, and overall it had a pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, it may be unfair to say it's unexpected, but I found the staff's responses and actions to be courteous and prompt, which was wonderful.

“Small but comfortable, a bit of a walk from Shibuya station.”

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Disliked: It was further away from Shibuya station and up a hill which made it difficult with a suitcase.
