All minors under 18 years of age must also present a valid ID with a photo to prove their identity and that of their parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by their parents. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than their parents, the minor must present a written authorization to check into the hotel. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Upon arrival, a fee of COP$60,000 must be paid for access wristbands. This payment is made in cash at the building’s reception and is a one-time charge for the main guest and their companions.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
